Shipping & returns.

Within Australia

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. Shipping is free on orders of A$99 or more after promo discounts; otherwise shipping is A$8. Gift-card credit is a payment method and does not reduce eligibility for free shipping. Digital gift cards do not incur postage.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 0–48 hours. This is preparation time before the parcel is handed to the carrier, not a delivery-time guarantee. We send parcels with Australia Post.

Returns

Contact woodengrass.co@gmail.com about a return before sending your parcel.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
