A gift of your choice

Digital gift cards are issued after payment is verified and appear in the purchaser’s account. You can download the card image or share it privately with the person you choose. The code is valuable: anyone who has it can use the available credit.

Redeeming your gift

Sign in to the WoodenGrass custom store, choose your jewellery and apply the gift-card code at checkout. Gift credit is denominated in AUD and can cover eligible items and shipping. Any remaining amount is paid by card. A small card-payment minimum may leave a small amount of gift credit for your next order; review the displayed allocation before paying.

Remaining balance and expiry

Purchased digital gift cards issued by this store have no expiry date. Remaining credit can be used over multiple orders until exhausted. Applying a card does not spend its balance: credit is deducted when the order is confirmed. A pending checkout may temporarily reserve credit; cancelling or allowing that checkout to expire releases the reservation.

Purchases and help

Gift cards cannot be purchased with a promo code or another gift card. Gift credit is not withdrawable as cash, except where required by law. For payment problems, lost codes or a refund request, contact woodengrass.co@gmail.com with your order reference. We will verify the purchase and any remaining credit before making changes. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.
