Shopping with WoodenGrass

These terms describe purchases from our custom online store. Contact woodengrass.co@gmail.com about an order or product. Our return address is U1411, 22 Dorcas Street, Melbourne VIC 3006, Australia.

Prices and payments

Checkout charges are in Australian dollars (AUD). Other selected currencies are indicative display conversions; your card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. WoodenGrass is not registered for GST and does not add GST. The checkout total shows the selected items, any accepted promotion, gift credit and shipping before you pay.

Orders and availability

Review the product, quantity, colour, size where offered, and delivery address before submitting payment. An item in your bag is not a completed order. Your order confirmation and reference appear after payment is verified. If an availability problem or a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund if we cannot supply it.

Delivery and returns

We ship within Australia only using Australia Post. Dispatch is within 0–48 hours; carrier delivery time is additional. Shipping costs A$8 below A$99 after promo discounts, and is free at A$99 or more. Gift credit does not reduce the shipping-eligibility amount. Digital gift cards have no postage charge.

Request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery by emailing us before posting. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. See shipping and returns for the return address and process.

Product problems and consumer rights

Our change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us about faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items so we can assess the problem and arrange the remedy required by law. A 14-day change-of-mind period does not set the limit on those rights.

Gift cards and promotions

See gift-card terms before purchase or redemption. Promotions apply only when the code is valid for the selection. Gift cards cannot be purchased using a promo code or another gift card.

Accounts and privacy

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep account credentials secure. We explain our handling of account, order and browsing data in our privacy notice.
